  1. Well, nearly every second road pedal is a copy of the older look pedals. That says a lot.
  2. What is the total elevation for this race?
  3. Like every year
  4. I am 1.8m. I could not stand over the toptube of a large without crushing my n@ts. go to www.titanracingbikes.com
  5. No. Sucks hey?! Ja nogal. Ek het nie ingeskryf vir die Burger nie omdat ek op die DC wou fokus. Toe vou my span en nou sit ek met niks
  6. Tel die DC ook vir PPA seeding?
  7. My Nokia have a little satellite with 2 bars. Once the 2 bars lite up and stop blinking it is locked on to a signal. No, the time will continue. You can edit your workout afterward on the website, if you want to correct your time. (your ride time on your cycle computer).
  8. Never start your training before your phone picked up a satellite signal. It keep searching for signal when you move and never record the data. It is sensitive to things on top of the phone. I once placed my arm warmers over the phone while riding and it lost signal.
  9. C702 and ELM
  10. Mavic Crosstrail on special at CWC for R3500
  11. I used my nokia on the dc . Was on for 8 hours and only used one stripe of the battery. Turn of the pep talk and auto upload. If the auto upload is on it connect to the internet every kilometer. That eat battery power.
  12. I used Endomondo on my Sony Ericsson and Nokia. The Nokia is much more accurate. It even show on what side of the road I was cycling. The Sony cut and overshoot some turns.
  13. Dis wat ek nie verstaan nie. Ons is 6.15 en ons ry net om klaar te maak.
  14. Hoe werk die seeding? Ons het nog nooit n DC gery nie en ons begin 6.15. Ek het gehoop ons kan voor 6uur begin.
  15. This weekend at the beach. My friend climbed up the rock and it made a nice photo.
  16. Same thing happened to me at the tour de Worcester in 2010.
  17. But IMO the 450d is one of Canon's Best.
  18. This is our regular training route. In the evening 2, maybe 3 cars pass us. Very safe route but also very lonely when you ride on your own. I was sending a SMS when I took this photo.
  19. Also one taken by accident.
  20. It is a very uncomfortable saddle. Somehow all the bikes I bought had those on. I have 3 in my spares cupboard.
  21. Those Carbon 29ers look very nice.
  22. Maybe you should look at the titan comp 29'er.
  23. @Breezer : Yeah, I have read a few complaints about the Suntour fork on the Sport but not certain how much better the Elite one is. Apparently Suntour do not have a great rep. As stated by W@anna-BE it does have the remote lock out which is a nice gadget but I reckon with my type of riding it will hardly be used. I bought and rockshox recon gold. It changed the bike's handling and ride completely. I think the elite do have a better fork, but that v3 shock is rubbish. Have a look here for good prices on Titans. www.recyclehobbyplanes.net/
  24. I weigh 85kg and pump mine 6bar front and rear.
  25. Go for the Elite. I have a comp that is basically the same as the sport. The sport is 8 speed and the elite is 9 speed. The fork on the sport is no good. If you plan to buy it, save some money for a new fork. You have to remember these are entry level bikes and it might be heavier than your v-brake Boulder.
