Hi Guys. Just as I thought this is never going to happen, my offer came in Wednesday night and I resigned yesterday from my SA job. I managed to move my start date out, so I will start on 1 May. Hope to meet most of you on here and getting some riding in. What is the best option to get my bike there ASAP?

I have not been paid my Vitality drive rewards for December either, and up till now, they have paid every month for the last year on time (between 11 and 15th of month). So maybe they have genuine issues this time around.

From what I heard, you have to use an agency (registered emigration officer). So far I can definitely recommend Intergate (https://www.intergate-immigration.com/). Their fees are good, service excellent and they don't ask you to hand over all the money at once, you pay as your application progresses.

I am in the process of job finding (using a recruiter in Auckland) and if all goes well, I might be lucky enough to join you guys on a ride. Main concerns are as everyone else with regards to salary and living costs, my previous COO moved to Auckland in December and provides me with feedback (although money is of no concern to him!) so I might just have a couple of questions for you guys down the line. One thing I cannot find an answer for is the following: With the flight rewards that will kick in (allowing one to get 5% extra off for every weekly goal achieved from date of purchase up to date of flight, and yes taking into account the 4 goals you need to meet first) the question is: If my wife, who is on the same vitality policy also activates her rewards scheme, but does, or does not meet her targets, how will that affect the reward for the tickets I bought? Or will it have no impact at all?

The 3000 is for 2h as stated on points breakdown.

To everyone battling with Strava and points, I experienced the following today: 1. Uploaded my Garmin workout file yesterday to Strava only, and deliberately stopped it from syncing with Garmin connect. End result, no points after a day! I then uploaded it to Garmin connect, and my points reflected within 5 minutes. 2. Uploaded my wife's phone workout to Strava, no points! Created a Garmin account, linked it and points on Discovery within 5 minutes! SO in my experience the problem seems to lie in retrieving the info from Strava.

I have been a Vitality member since 2008, moving to Bronze normally by October or so.... Now started looking at it actively, and here is the result, with only 8 days down for the year. Will get to Gold by Tuesday if all goes well!

Just love the new black sections and all the berms and jumps added to The Big Red Barn. Must say the pump track is also really nice!
