  1. Just love the new black sections and all the berms and jumps added to The Big Red Barn. Must say the pump track is also really nice!
  2. Really good to know. I wonder if we will be able to get the parts from Garmin locally?
  3. Turned out great! Have made a batch every day so far and love the taste. Making smoothies with mixed berries and my wife and 3 year old enjoying it as well. But hell those buggers multiply quickly! Thanx again.
  4. I have done 4 of his classes and it is definitely worth it, so will do some more in the future. You keep learning new things, so even though I have done his advanced class, I still learned a hell of a lot from the intermediate class today. Every class is different and every group of people ask different questions, which makes for a very productive ride every time. @Talus, you did not keep anyone up, was great to ride with you and the rest of the guys. Keep up the great classes!
  5. Started mine last night, courtesy of G00SE. Thanx mate! Will give feedback when its done
  6. I also had the weird extra 50+150 for yesterdays ride of just more than 1h(high intensity)
  7. Will ask the wife, its our wedding anniversary......
  8. Please send me some garmin files as well.
  9. Went for the Pike after my Fox 32 evo went kaput! Decided while I'm broke, lets get these as well: 2FO ClipLite
  10. Ahh, thanx Miles, will read the other post as well..at least its good news????
  11. O yes, on the flight discounts you have to meet at least 4 weekly goals before the 5% discount per goal starts to kick in, although it looks like the 4 will then count already. Just if you meet 3 only you get nothing.
  12. Looks like some of the info regarding to next years points and rewards are now available on their website. Had a look and the one awesome change is that the bonus and normal points for fitness is now one limit of 30000, so much easier to get the full 30k. Also, the fitness assesment at a bio now counts as seperate points!
  13. Does anyone know where I can buy/fit Vivobare trailfreaks in the PTA/Centurion/Midrand Area?
  14. Also decided to give this a go, and I am very pleasantly surprised! Up to now I have used a mixture of Strava, Garmin, VirtualCycling to gather info, Trainer Road for a scheduled training plan and Golden Cheetah to try and make sense of the data (ended up only always looking at the stress under PMC). Golden cheetah shows my fitness improving continuously, although I have been training "different", and I definitely do not see the gain during races. After importing my results into TP (very simple to do), it shows very clearly I have gone backwards overall. The info is all nice and relevant, with enough to keep you interested, and not too much to overwhelm you. So far the android app working nicely and looking forward to trying out the training plan itself.
  15. Berg and bush day 3. They really need rain, but the views are still awesome. Edit: files too big. Will add later
  16. I'm sure we can find something! But I agree, although there is nothing wrong with my 2014 Camber carbon, I will "have" to get a new one.....
  17. Looks great....will it perform as advertised? Will have to wait and see! A bit expensive to "try it". What happens if you get a nail or lekker long thorn in there, guess it means another bundle of cash gone then?
