    Everywhere I look these days it’s adverts for protein shakes and the like. More pressure these days to buy protein shakes than there was to hit that spliff back in varsity but I digress. Question is, is this the new balance band of the 2020’s or is there actual benefits to it all?

    My 2 local clubs. Farnborough fc and Aldershot town both in relegation battles in their respective leagues. It’s tough in the trenches of non league football.

    I use the Enduro 3. Its MIPS screen is superb. Certainly not as bright or clear as amoled but it works well. Battery life that lasts 4 weeks even with activities. ultimately up to you. I don’t need the amoled screen and the mips screen is legible even to my eyes that needs reader glasses of 1.5 🤣

    I have the enduro 3 and had the fenix 7 before. Both have the flashlight. It’s such a Lekker handy thing to have. Highly recommended.

    Spurs untied game was entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed that. arsenal I thought were the better side but football is like that. Sunderland have exceeded my expectations and then some. Amazing. lookign forward to the Sunderland Newcastle derbies this season.
