Carrera is a Halfords bike brand. Not desirable by folks that frequent the hub but a good honest reliable frame set.
the financial value of this bike will be relatively low. You probably would realise more money selling the components.

only goal I had for 2025 was to complete a 100km event. Injuries and a diabolical 40 degree temperature on the day put paid to that but still managed 2 ultras in 2025 which is 2 more than I did in 2024 due to serious foot injuries so that’s a step up.
For 2026: complete the 100km trail run in whatever time I would also like to run 1800km in total which I think is doable so long the foot behaves. And maybe one more Ironman ( Barcelona)
As for time, being wrong side of 60 for running I don’t put to much emphasis on time anymore those days are long gone
I am at the same cross roads with my 850 GSA. It’s heavy and top heavy to boot. I am tall but find it a lil cumbersome moving it in the garage or at very slow speeds in the drive way etc. Been thinking of downsizing it for a while but then I take it on the open road and it’s a delight. Off road it works well too but we don’t too much of that here. Very little opportunity to.
i been thinking of the KLE500 or Transalp. Or even the smaller 390 adv or new 450 gs when it launches.
in your case I think the bikes are fairly similar regarding weight. I would keep the KTM if weight was the only criteria.

strange thing about West Ham is that last season I wanted to treat my wife’s aunts boyfriend to a game but tickets were unobtanium except at a hefty premium so didn’t go. This season attendance has fallen through the floor, tickets available all over the place.

Took the missus to her first Saints game. Vs Millwall. Sell out crowd. Football was a tad boring but the atmosphere was good. Our seats were next to the millwall mob so great entertainment all round.
