Is it just me or a Finishtime useless ... have me 30 minutes slower than what I did , and I see quite a few errors .
Don't even have my results on the page. Not sure why we still need to use a company that has a results page from the 1990's. I hate to say it, but even Racetec seem better.
Bravo? What is that?

Nope. You'll need to use FIT File Tools or similar to change the device to a Garmin device and then upload to Garmin Connect. Completely ridiculous, but that's the only way at the moment.
At the moment this workflow seems to work using Zapier to automate everything but the import to Garmin Connect: Wahoo -> Dropbox -> FIT File Tools (to change device) -> DropBox. Then manually import the converted workout into Garmin Connect that's linked to Vitality.
And linking to Strava does not earn points, correct?
There is a shuttle service available. You need to log onto your entryninja profile and 'add merchandise' - you have two options: one leaving Sun City at 13h00 and one leaving at 17h00
I booked the 17h00 shuttle (
The info on the website is not great but there is someone that answers the telephone line and they assisted me
Perfect, thank you!
Anyone know if there's a shuttle service available? Doesn't seem like it from the website.

Maybe you should consider taking the coronavirus seriously and note that practically every sporting event in SA and around the world are being cancelled or postponed!
I absolutely understand and agree that events should be canceled. This is definitely serious. And I never said it should not have been canceled.
What I don't understand and agree with is that this is now being used as an excuse to cancel an event they would have canceled in anycase. Why not give the real reason it's being canceled instead?
Where does it mention Corona Virus? Please tell me?
Shared on our race group chat
So the event has been canceled. And now ASG is using the Corona virus situation as a convenient excuse in their statement. Absolutely pathetic.
they do seem abit "skommelkop" lol.
not that I really care that much as i'm not vegan, but I thought this was quite funny:
They're not saying it includes dairy, just that it's produced in a facility that processes products including it. That's standard on most products.
They're not carrying a lot with them [emoji848]
Thinus (de Gendt) and his leg hair should not be underestimated. Hoping his diesel can keep going for a few days. Looking at the race flow those resting hours he banked already might come in handy later. If he wins, the entire A bunch of the last few years at 947 will at least get back a bit of dignity.
Kevin's on the move again though. Just over an hour at RV3.
We had a rider going down very hard in VA at the intersection by the Sasol garage, I assume it was him. He fell really hard on his head. I am not sure what caused the accident. I would also like to know if anybody could give us an update on this?
He was riding on the front right, about 2nd or 3rd wheel I think. Not 100% sure what happened but it looks like he looked back, and the guy in front either slowed down or moved and they touched wheels. He went down super hard. Amazing that no one else went down with him though. Bunch was flying at that point, so difficult to say what exactly happened.
Guys
Anyone have experience with the BM10 mini cellphone, as an alternative to carrying a relatively heavy, large. desirable for theft smartphone whilst cycling, running etc?
As in ease of use, quality of call, strength of signal reception etc..
Useful tool or cheap toy..?

I have one that I've been using for the past couple of months to take with as an emergency phone in races. Haven't had to use it in a race yet, but from just trying it out it works well. It can send text messages, but the small keyboard makes that tricky. For calls it's perfect though.
I got onto the highway with the front of A, to stay out of the wind I ended halfway across the lane open for cars. The marshals kept on trying to get us to go back onto the coned off section of the road. Which is fully understandable, but once there, you were exposed to the wind. The cones on the highway were dangerous I dodged a few. Eventually I got dropped when going back into the safety of the coned of section. Finished on a 2.38 with the second group in A.
Ok, so you should really be disqualified for not following the marshals orders, correct?
Am I right in thinking that straight after the accident the police said they knew who the driver was and they were giving him the chance to hand himself in?
Yes, it's called a bluff
seriously - Skynet is useless.
Package been at customs from the 12th, Skynet not doing a damn thing to move it along.
Yet, they have penalty clauses should I not pay within a week after being invoiced....
Not even invoiced yet...
You have to phone them. They won't invoice you unless you get a manager to intervene. At the moment they are blaming their "clearing system".
Also order from CRC and unfortunately they are still using Skynet. Unless you constantly phone and email Skynet they do absolutely nothing from their side to move the process along. Order left the UK on the 17th of April, and 12 days later it's still sitting with "customs" according to them.
I suggest if you are unlucky enough to have to use Skynet, phone them every single day, and demand a refund of the admin fee if there are delays. I'm at least getting a refund of the admin fee due to their lack of service. But still waiting for my order...
And obviously I won't be ordering from CRC unless they change their courier service.
I suggest that if nobody has been arrested by Thursday, that we do a group ride to the relevant police and ask for answers and put pressure on them.
They should have immediately put a police helicopter in the air and feet on the ground to search for the "suspect" after it happened. Failure to do this is a clear sign that they do not take matters like this seriously.
Thought the family specifically requested his name not to be released?
