Correct! MCL and PCL are torn off. Surgery on Monday No bending of that knee = no driving for 6 weeks (thanks leg brace ) Then goodness knows what kind of rehab for more weeks after that

And then Tokai is where my awesome ride ended. I sampled the newly renovated lizard trail and and lost my back wheel as I popped out onto the road - unclip left foot that digs in and down I go with my knee twisting under me. I think I gave the other two riders a bit of a fright. They untangled me, and got my bike out the way and offered all kinds of help. I think I was able to grunt a 'Thanks' at them before I said that I would be OK and roll back to the car park. Very little to show for that spill, expect that my lower leg feels loose below my knee. Not sore, but very unstable

Road ride was aborted (riding buddies didn't pitch and Di2 wouldn't change gears ), so switched to MTB and did the Kirstenbosch Trail and Greenbelts to Tokai. Cape Town was showing off a bit

It doesn't seem to be a continuous roll over. I achieved my 3 in a row, but the reward isn't available yet. (team rewards end this week, I think) Or maybe I am doff and don't understand this new system
