At a time when we see a lot of complaints about bad service I have to mention the excellent service by Lyne and in this particular case , Dayle. He noticed that I was ordering the same part in sucession and then phoned to ask if the part was for the same post . He proceeded to give me a few pointers to solve the problem on a customer’s old and abused post . I am a loyal customer for life.
