  9. Heard on the radio that the Audi was in actually a group of Hijackers posing as SAPS. They hit a speedbump and the abandoned the car. Cops were looking for them in the area. I think they eventually hijacked another car (a Hyundai Tucson).
  10. Hi guys, Please can someone give me an idea of what fork pressure i should use. Its a fox F series 110mm travel, on a small carbon hardtail 26". I weigh 60kg.

  13. Agreed, as good as a book may be it is not personal. A coach will be able to personalize your program, monitor your progress and adjust as needed. Every person is different, and will adapt to training load and intensity differently. A book cannot guide you there.
  14. What are you training for?? IMO take the time off, rest and recover properly. You will come back feeling stronger.
  15. These are the factors that i am considering. I would be building it up from my RC3000 carbon which would be 105 and Easton EA50 training wheels and Zipp404 race wheels. What im really trying to determine is if its an upgrade or a sideways movement.
  16. Thanks. To be honest, I'm not overly concerned about the weight. I'm about 60kgs so it bothers me far less than some other guys. I just don't want to waste money on a frame that heavy by comparison.
  17. Raleigh RC7000 Carbon.
  18. It includes the fork, headset and seatpost. Sorry, should have included all that info in original post.
  19. Sorry. Its a road frame.
  20. Hi all, Please help me out here. In terms of a carbon frame weight, what would be considered as being light? I am interested in a carbon frame but the weight is 2kg for a small frame, which seems heavy to me.
  21. I have an X-Lab wing with 2 bottles in, and then a cage on the frame with a tool bottle in. On longer rides i have the bottle mounting for between tri bars.
  22. Those might just be the ugliest glasses i have ever seen.
  23. My wife refers to the garage as my 'boardroom'.
  24. Got a Adamo for my TT bike and found it to be awesome. Got one on my road bike now too.
