  2. When u bought the wheels did you not get the adapters ? I got some left over stuff from the crossmax's might be able to help...
  3. I have a 9speed chainring if you keen, can't remember the number of toofs it has tho. Its 104 BCD.
  4. really tough choice. I have a 920 and it's been great. W2W, Sani and much more abuse and it keeps on rocking. Only thing I changed on the stock bike is the wheels (went tubeless with Crossmax ST) and changed to my preference of seat and bar. Good luck!
  5. Replace with another Racing Ralph if you want to have the same post race discussion in a month's time!
  6. Both great bikes, but I think the Giant JUST sneaks it..
  7. Giant Trance 27.5 FTW! And I don't even own one :-)
  8. tongue test?
  9. Hi, the first thing I did was take off the Syncros and put on Crossmax ST, but I bought the Spark 920 and I weigh 97kg's. To be honest I rate the Mavic's highly (if maintained) and they are strong. I can't comment on the Syncros because I spent 50k's on them at most. So they are used as back up. And the Syncros on the 920 were not tubeless, thats my main motivation for changing. Cheers
  10. Endura humvee shorts x2!
  11. and you be-grudge them why? Not everyone is a marketing genius with a slick (less tacky) campaign or has an uber PR agency to write press for them. Or has the funds to set up R&D facilities so they have to bring in product and improve it as they go. We need more people having a go at setting up businesses and providing a decent level of service. Nobody said you were getting the perfect product or marketing campaign, but to rain on their efforts, I'm not quite getting your animosity towards a bunch people trying to make a go of something...
  12. So lets see Skylark, you have an issue with some local (your countrymen) guys trying to market (blow their own horn), improve their product (seek and get SABS approval) and develop a range that is as good as anything out their at a good price for cyclists (us) that love getting out and riding?
  13. Will you have your lights at the argus expo?
  14. I'm keen to do it. Assume line entries are possible.
  15. Bring your SS - you should love it!
