Apparently some swine flu doing the rounds in GP. Myself and the twins are confined to the house till the end of the week.

Twins went to crèche on the 1st of April, so since then it's been snot noses and coughing non stop for atleast one member of household. Usually starts with my little girl, 3 days later it'll be her brother, then mommy followed by me. Over the counter stuff seems helpless at the moment but we try and keep ab's to a minimum

Unless you are down wind from said Fog . I've read that stream is better as the chances of blow back into your own face is much less

Used a Stanley blade to first strip of the clearcoat. (slow and steady hands) Then switched to waterpaper sanding. Used this on a SRAM Red crank and a carbon handlebar.

Slightly off topic (the Disco Bank, but still related) Got my replacement Disco credit card today. They would not however accept my FNB Insurance schedule as proof of residence. I pointed out to the courier that the card still shows RMB but he was apparently under instruction not to accept any FNB documents.

Anyone else having issues in the last day or so with activities not syncing? Garmin connect did not sync yesterday, same for Suunto (I tried loading from Garmin to Movescount to Disco)

Same here for us. Ours is now bottle babies but gets EBM in the day and formula at night. (the Baby Brezza is a life saver at 2am)

Are they adding the fortifier to her feed? When my boy was struggling, they added this and definitely helped. Now he's eating like a teenager!

Great news. The biggest issue is usually the central line. I sometimes felt that all the wires attached to our babies weighed more than they did. Hopefully she can soon do some Kangaroo care, the premmies really improve when they have some skin on skin contact with the parents.I spent numerous afternoons shirtless, holding this soft squishy little human against my chest. its amazing to see how their breathing and HR normalize
