Here's the profile. Does not look like much but my legs hurt.

Ha you had plenty of time to mention it. No big climbs but gradual rolling climbs which hurt after a while.

For a claimed flat race it was quite tough, undulating and no place to recover as even on the flats and downhill you had to fight the wind. Nice route and i found the roads were in good condition. Pity about the few numbers turnout but with clashing with the Jacaranda race it was expected. Thanks to the orgs, marshals, the escort by the Helivac guys and the Spot prizes sponsors.

Who can forget the problems the Kremetart orgs have had with CSA in the past.

The point is you can find something bad about where ever you stay, not taking a tourist postcard picture and comparing it to a bland picture of elsewhere. Guaranteed if you do a search you will find much better pictures of Polokwane.

Its all good and well for sub 80kg riders to have puzzled expressions about the use of granny gear, but if you are bigger and not a natural climber then its another thing. Strap 15-20kg on your back to find out.

With Cajees its simple, price the item at other stores before going to them, ask how much they will let you have it for and if its more then tell them to forget it as you can get it cheaper elsewhere. Win some lose some and if they want the sale they will let you have it for a better price, if not they lose it. I only do this for items that cost a bit, no use haggling over the price of a tube.

LoL, i like to keep things simple. Both my bikes are 3 x 10 with same cluster combo. Makes things much easier if and when i need to swop parts.

I paid for my 3 x 10 why must i pay more for less.

I've bought from them before and had good experience, they even gave me a refund when i did not do my homework and ordered the wrong thing. But like all experiences, no company can claim to have 100% customer satisfaction.

Depends what brand, example the Commencal Supernormal XL frame geometry is smaller than most other XL bikes. I'm 1.95 and ride Silverback XL 29 and 26 MTB.
