Would you mind giving us some insight into how the Nortje/Boichis partnership is doing. I know technically he is 3rd Saffa in GC right now. And no doubt one of the future contenders for African jersey if not more.

And to add to that a week ago he managed 5th behind Scott MTB team and Philip Buys at an XCO race! Awesome to see the u23 cat climbing the ranks across multiple disciplines.

This screenshot has 4 out of 20 riders beeing top XCO guys. The Epic has never seen plenty XCO riders with the exception of Kulhavy, Scott & Cannondale. Kulhavy could even be considered more of an all rounder having won XCM champs a few times.

Cadence Carbofuel for racing, on training ride I mix a little bit of salt into plain water if it's just an easy ride. Diluted Ice Tea is good as well.

You would be surprised. I raced "@" group last year. Guys still refusing to work together. Solo sub 4 is damn near impossible rather try find the two or three strong guys if you are in a very low group. I find every group has strong riders who don't necessarily have strong seedings.
