  1. Tyerone. Easiest way is to get a phone with gps. I use sportypal or gpsed with my blackberry. You can use any gps device that can output a .gpx or .kml file. These file types can then be imported in google earth or www.mapmyride.com Seems like a good time to upgrade your bb to a newer model

  21. You can't say how much km's. Race tyres won't last for 1000's of km's but training tyres can last 8000km+ (ballpark figure)

  24. Nice one there. I hate it when oil spill all over the place and I have to clean it up again. DOn't have a needle, but I'll just use a piece of pipe or something on a syringe
  25. Why do you overlube mecnic and why shift through the gears? This only gets lube on the chainrings and cassette, which is now clean. I always apply one drop on each link on the outside and inside of the chain. That's it.
