The guys in Midrand (JHB) is the only authorised dealers. Super efficient and friendly. Don't take chances with other watch shops, it will also void the warranty. And I'm sure 5-7 days is not too long without it.

The XT cassette is actually 15gr lighter as well. Friend has both and informed me of this last week. So lighter cheeper stronger Go XT

I got a spinning bike this weekend. Looking forword to training in the evenings after kiddy is in bed. Some cool applications on iTunes to download that actually presents some spinning classes. Going to try that for starters.
