...aaaaand mine. Simple Sam bike I got at the Bike Fair. Had it built by Tool-Up. Ran it as a single speed for a couple of weeks and then changed it to a fixie. Handle bars on fixie is a KCNC Rampage I they good folks at Tool-up sprayed for me. Grips are Race Face. Fixie - most fun I've had on a bike in years!!!
Cool thanks.Silverback
Seems like the Vida3, Spetra1 & Slade3 could all be could options. All options a lot of bike for the money. Leaning more towards the Vida3.
True that, but would prefer it if they were to get some shop assistance wrt sizing etc as opposed to some oke pulling wool over their eyes to make the sale since he only has one bike in his inventory. There are some nice bikes in the classifieds
'sup Hubbers.
Mates of mine want to get into mountain biking. They are looking at spending about 8 gorillas ZAR on a bike. What brands should they be looking at? They are complete novices so no need to fool them with all the 29er, 27.5/650b'er techno mumbo-jumbo. Also, no need for big name brands where 80% of the value goes towards the name as opposed to quality of components. Axis? Titan? Entry level Momsem's? What else?
"Reuters saidthat McAdam and Colao share a "passion for cycling that saw them once do a 50km (30 miles) race together."
Yoh! These oaks are hard!
Only problem I see is that you are drinking beer substitute and not real beer.
Doing 94.7 tomorrow and I've got a couple of Darling Slow Beers in the fridgeand a monster fillet with my name on it. Granted I'm not a podium contender...
Mine also ended up looking like that after a good couple of kays. The last KCNC jockey wheel i used...
I have the KCNC ones on both my bikes - 9 speed & 10 speed both X9. Do not have any issues with them. Had to eventually replace the wheels on my 10speed due to wear & tear (it is a wear part). Same thing happened with the OEM plastic jobs as well.
Should've started with is it OK....funny
Good idea. It think it is ok for you to start an 'Is it OK' poll. Not sure if it is OK for you to post it in the Chit Chat section - people will shrug it off as mere chit chat or if it is OK to post in the Rant & Rave section. Then people will know that you mean business. Maybe you should post the OK Poll in the poll sections but I'm not sure if that'll be OK thoughWe'll have to start an 'Is it OK' poll... You shouldn't make your own decisions about anything without posting here 1st.
All these 'Is it okay threads'...?
Is it ok if I go for a poo after lunch...? Just checking if the hub is ok with everything I do...
Is it OK for me to do it first thing when I get into the office? Theory is I get paid to do it at the office whereas at home it is my own time.
Hard lines buddy. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hope you get her back. Remove the serial number from the post though...Hi All,
It was my bike that got stolen yesterday.
There were so many bikes around to the left and right of mine and I just went into the toilet to rinse my face.
When I came out it was gone.
Cervelo P2, I put drop bars on it so that I could do road races.
Serial number SNP2C11L50156
My Garmin FR910XT was on the bike as well.
