    The belt probably needs lube. Spray some silicone lube under the belt and let it run with no weight for a minute.

    Did my first 10km on the treadmill today. Felt like 21 days. Im going outside now.

    Just because Comrades won't happen doesn't mean you should stop training. I will stick to my schedule as long as possible, if it's postponed then I will be ready, if it's canceled I will do Skyrun.

    The Playerseries is closer to an American Standard than a MIM. 22 Frets, Alnico pickups, better hardware and the finish is up to US standard. Killer guitars.

    Its the best statement under the circumstances. Everyone can continue with their training and wait for the announcement on the 17th. Kudos to CMA for not overreacting now.

    Is everyone still sticking to their training schedules? With all the uncertainty I'm sure the motivation is low. I've got some big weeks coming up, so I'll just keep running for the sake of running. If Comrades gets canceled at least I'll get out of winter fit and ready for the first 2021qualifer. If the world didn't end by then.

    With 2oceans cancelled I dont have much hope for Comrades. Will do my Skyrun entry this week, cant let this fitness go to waste.???? Dont think anyone would be to bothered about a race somewhere in the mountains.

    Where do you draw the line? On average 20 000 shoppers pass through major shopping centres in SA every single day. Some like Menlyn, Mall of Africa average 40 000 shoppers a day. Why single out a one day event with 16 000 runners?
