may i ask the reason for Cyclesure not paying out?

I have a 2013 Giant Anthem 29 er and also an Orbea Oiz 26er. At some stage i borrowed a friends Giant Anthem 26er and it made a huge differance to my cycling abilities.....the bike fitted me like a clove and i enjoyed it very much. We then tried to duplicate the setup on my Orbea but it never felt the same. I am in the position to lay my hands on a brand new Giant 26er frame and are planning to build my old parts on to the new frame......Now the million dollar question must i stick to the 26er frame or must i consider the 27.5 er frame? i havent looked at the 27.5 in frame as yet. Just a question that popped up now? The bike will basically used as a back up bike for my 29er........ Thanks in advance !!

I needs some advice please. I am in the market to upgrade my old roadbike...............I can lay my hands on the following.orbea Onix with American Classic 420 wheelset and Shimano Ultegra Groupset. Bike in mint condition. I am 105kg and wants to know if the wheels will handle my weight? How much can i pay for this bike? Thanks a lot!!
