My reason for above is the following: If the team cannot stand up against the coach that "teach" them sh@tty moves and ideas then they are just there for the money. They do however have the ability to play very good rugby i do agree to that fact. Secondly it does not matter which coach you bring in to coach the team because political interference will always dictate which players he must pick........... I know i overreacted a bit but i hate to lose !!!!!

Useless bunch of players ALL OF THEM....if you look how this country is run it is not a surprise that all our sports are heading the same direction!!

I have done a Vo2max cycling test a while back. I have the info in pdf format. Is there anybody that can give me more feedback in laymans language and no i do not want to hijack this thread i will even mail my results and it can be discussed openly on this thread or a new thread. Thanks for the advice I was to scared to submerge the brew unit in the water...I am af die plaas you know, o and did I mentioned that I am gifted to f....k things up completely.....spoke to the technician at Mastertons PE , Peter and he gave me some advice....the machine is working now wonderful....!!!!

Now i really need some help this NEW machine keep on saying clean the brewing unit!!!! I have done it a couple of times and still not any further..............

how much grind coffee do you put into the aeropress and then how much water ??

i have reread this thread a couple of times.......don't have any coffee machines except a filter coffee maker , want to get my feet wet but very slowly at first !!! thanks for the suggestion
