Hello all the woodworkers , sorry if this question was covered before , i do not want to read each and every page. Some one made me a beautiful origin pine table , i just want to know this table will be for the sea cottage and it is not treated yet. We are going to use it for a dining table and just to put "wet glasses" on.....what is the best treatment i can give this table. I do not want a shinny finish or something like that. I was thinking of raw linseed or boiled linseed oil?(What is the difference) Is there maybe a kind of wax that i can put on? Thanks in advance !!!

Vettes please share your training regime for this Munga BEAST....

I personally think we do have enough talent , look at the 7's and you can clearly see it. In our 15 man game we are still using old school stuff that works and sometimes (most of the times) not. Just have a look at the enthusiasm of the 7's players , they do everything at 150% effort and pace. Lets go and find out what makes them tick and apply that in our 15 man teams !! No need for some expensive overseas coach.

My 2c, if you are looking for a structured workout look at Trainerroad. I tried Rouvy but it just frustrated me, it has got a lot of bells and whistles make no mistake, but i battled with it. I loaded from my rides onto Rouvy but never managed to get to ride them. (Maybe my computer skills sucks). Zwift i wanted to try but my laptop was to old to run the program....All of them do give you a 2 week free trial period maybe "test drive" them all !! Goodluck
