I had a broker who did it for me I cannot recall the exact figures but it was in the region of 8/10 positive trades but the 2 that went south depleted our gains and more.....so my advice is dont do it. IDT at home doing heart rate program just something i experienced : i have being on a spinning program for quite some time now 12 weeks. After the TB i took on weeks rest and then i started this week with the beginners level on the spinning program. I was not able to do everything ,it felt if i only started with the program!!!! Never ever did one session felt if i was getting fitter ?? What could be wrong?? Sorry for

Yes my friend we finished in 17:09 i think..........we had a rider that was not suppose to cycle (some flu/cold), we had to nurse him all the way.I felt strong all the way and then another team mate puked his lungs out and never ender broke him into pieces !!! But we finished as a team !!!! . You did very well yourself !!!
