True...this bike is not worth even 50k. The DT wheels were the best part of the deal. The wheels that are on there now is not compareable with the DT's. And most of the parts is a bit outdated. A good deal would be about 30k.

It really does not matter. All you need to do is take in as much oxygen as possible. If it comes in through your mouth, nose or ears it doesnt matter. Unless you do yoga you dont have to worry about breathing techniques.

I sprayed a set long time ago. Just removed the stickers, sprayed on a primer, and then sprayed it black. Normal can spray.

Get a new plug. Pop it in and bleed the breaks. All in all should take you 5min.
