Surely they should be the one committing sepuku - cause by all reports, Erica has done more in this couple of months than the others with all their combined experience and obvious personal agendas.

Get the numbers of women competing up, and they'll get paid equally... but if I was a sponsor I'd have a serious problem to pay out money to 5 or 6 women, when the men are 80 or 100 guys competing. That's simply not fair.

The problem with the womens is that because there is less riders, there's are a number of safe bets in the sport - people who will feature up there most of the time. People don't like a sure thing - TV ratings dropped when Schumacher kept winning, the same goes when Mick Doohan dominated motorcycling. Get more ladies involved then you're in a much better position to bargain - by quitting that position was weakened

The CSA is in a catch 22 position. The current selectors, to my knowledge, isn't paid for their work - the only way to expect a professional service is to pay a professional salary. Having said that, the only way to fund that is to probably increase licensing fees - in which case there will be another 12 (probably more) page thread moaning about that.
