    because that would be a constraint for future developments. The shifting pattern now is as it is in passenger car semi auto gearboxes. The front shift is actually quite logical if you consider they if they make it redundant via a Sequential Ratio Actuation Map (or SRAM..................yes I thought of that all by myself) which works like Shimano's Syncro shift then there no extra hardware in the shifter. those blips are perfect for mtb. No more shifters just two little buttons and I can even have two per side - one blip on the end of my bar end, the other in the usual shifter position and mirrored on the other side.

    If the anthem has a press fit bottom bracket then have it removed, cleaned and reinstalled with a liberal coat of copaslip or carbon paste if it's the advanced version. Press fit bb's are not a great solution but well ya no well...

    I can't say a pyga rides nicer than a trance. In fact I still think the Trance is better. Pyga is nice and I'm proud that a local brand has such wow factor but anthem or trance gets my money

    Can't see how he could have misjudged the corner from the googlemaps view. Iwasnt riding the bike so I'll never know till he tells us but it appears he had a good enough view.

    nice idea to mount the second bottle cage on a carrier that places it out from under the lower link anchor on the frame. I do so wish more manufacturers would provide fittings for two bottle cages within the main triangle. PS: And I'm glad to see they sensibly kept the cable housings outside the frame where its easy to access for service

    ??? Ok.. maybe a bit of overreaction there since I don't know anyone who lieks to get their hands ful of oil Generally women tend to be more nutrition conscious. that doesn't suggest that they're fat and in need of a diet

    How do these perform on a narrower rim? I'm thinking that the transition from the center lugs to the tall and wide side lugs is aided by the wider rim the Carbonator is. this would "square" off the tyre wouldn't it? thus making the transition smoother. Would the same hold true on a more standard rim at 23mm wide where the tyre would adopt a rounder cross section?

    There is a huge market for a stage race for women less serious about their riding and just want to share the experience with other women without the intimidating crazy men who ride through everything. You will find them in tokai lower forest most mornings.

    Interesting stat! may I ask where you found it? I wasn't aware there are that many 10+ tour finishers

    How many 10+ and 21+ riders do you think there are? Maybe 5000 tops? 5000 Ppa member slots. Still leaves 25000 slots. There's plenty for newbies. There is also likely a weighting for people who ride more fun rides. I'd rather ride a mass start event with experienced riders than start in G with a group of spin class professionals with no bike handling skills
