Only advantage of pedal is it could work with carbon crank I assume ? And I suppose you could swap between bikes. Although not mtb pedals by the look of it. Always a challenge with multiple bikes !! Road bike, track bike, 2x mtb's :-(

Does anyone have any experience with gout and being on LCHF diet ? I take puricos daily, but have found over the last few months that I am having more regular gout attacks.

CSA is a representative body of UCI. All rides should be sanctioned by that body. Especially if UCI riders want to take part. Not just an SA thing. Big issue in USA especially in MTB'ing. There are bigger politics at play with PPA not wanting to be part of/sanctioned by CSA. As always, all parties have the interests of cycling at heart !!!!!!

I have found out that Shimano don't make a 39t chainring for 2x10. Does anyone know of a compatible chainring that may do a 39t to fit XTR ? Reason is my hard tail has SRAM with a 39t, but the dual cane with XTR and a 38t. Trying to keep the same, without changing SRAM to 38t.

I had an Alan an new many that rode one, but I have never seen the one in the picture above. Eas definately the earlier pits with ALAN stamped into the lugs.
