    Correct, just get an X01 or XX1 chain. Rands per km it is the cheapest by a long shot.

    It hooked me from season 1 to 3 then lost a bit of interest, but with the new season I am finding myself quite interested again!

    2.4 WT DHR pretty much the same width as the 2.5 WT DHF... they were my last 2 tyres on the front, happy as a pig in crap with both of them! To be honest it just comes down to what's in stock - in a blind test I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two.

    You're looking at around the same width as the Ibex 2.25". For a 30mm rim I'd reccommend the 2.5" DHF - mounts up nicely and blows up to around 2.4" in reality.

    Today's trails would've been mint on a trail hardtail! But yeah, some people have even done Ezel and Klipberg on their hardtails, though I wouldn't suggest that haha!

    I know mine does at around 16kg. But I think my bike has a bigger issue with my weight problem that I have with it's weight problem.

    Hate to be that guy, but those bells don't work very well on anything but tar. As soon as you hit any sort of bump it starts making noise and ringing. The spring is a little soft... Hopefully you have a better experience than me with it!

    An evening of trying to remove a Vigilante and Weirwolf resulting in broken tyre levers, lots of swearing, and sealent everywhere about 2 years ago was the last time I used WTB! Loved the tyres, but the admin of mounting/removing them is just too much.

    Kinda similar shape hey. The most interesting thing on this bike is the drivetrain though, from what I understand a prototype SLX 12 speed groupo.
