This should interest you guys! I ride a 52 frame and i have 175 cranks!! Ive had 170 & 172.5 and the diffirence is minimal. I still spin the hell out of my 175 cranks!! Won't easily go back to shorter ones!!

WHen i'm really suffering in a race i can't stand. I think it depends on the situation. How steep is the hill, how tired you are. All depends.

My heart rate has never really gone very high. When i race REALLY hard it goes to 175 to 180 but i rarely see it there. I have been sick so it goes to about 172 and then i'm crying tears of blood!!! Weight: 66 Resting hr: 48-50.

Seeing that i am in a bad mood today i will tell you about this!! What is the point of the Cycle Events telephone number? Are they supposed to give you race information or sound totally uninterested in helping you? I had the following questions regarding the CAMPUS TO CAMPUS: 1. What kind of transport will be available from the finish back to the start? Unhelpfull Answer 1: I can't really tell you that. 2. Will it be available throughout the afternoon? Unhelpfull Answer 2: I don't really know. 3. Is it the same route back as the cyclists ride on or a diffirent one? Unhelpfull Answer 3: I can't help you with that. WHAT THE F&^% And all the time she makes it sound like i'm asking her the cure for the TB problem in KZN!!! epoh, trying out rollers for the first time right before a big race like the dischem is not very clever!!!! You're gonna burn so much energy in the effort to stay upright!!! you may be fine up the first few hills and then when you get to Hekpoort your'e gonna be toast. Rather use a indoor tomorrow and learn to ride rollers on your own time!!!

Centurion Cycles, that sounds really good!! I find it very irritating that you HAVE to drive through!! I had a big fight with one of the girls at the Race Office at Cycle Lab one day. They told me that you could ABSOLUTELY NOT register on the day for EPR and that i HAD to do it at cycle lab and also REFUSED to give me the organisers number so i could make sure. As i also have a difficult boss and work like 100km from cycle lab it was kinda impossible for me to go through! SHe was SO RUDE to me and told me that everybody has to do it! Gues what! I get to the EPR on sunday and you can pick your number up at the venue!!! I am still fuming!! They really make me angry!!
