I took my CX bike the other day on a Spruit ride including Alberts, fark, it ain't easy!

I personally don't use Endomondo anymore but rather Strava and I'm sure the vast majority do as well.

It's a square taper crank. Nothing much can be done.

My S3 stays at home and I ride with an old Motorola Defy on a cheap R30 month contract.

There was a guy recently that built his own carbon bike and detailed the build on The Hub. Can't remember who it was but have a search.

Finished off the Cotic X with this small purchase this morning.. Hope V-Twin's Rear hydraulic cable will have to be shortened in due course.

Unfortunately the one arm of the crank started ovalizing which caused the crank arm to start loosening whilst riding. Even using loctite didn't help.

Just waiting for the wheel-build and then complete.

Just replaced the Middleburn crank on my SS with a Shimano SLX.

Irrespective of which bike I'll finally ride Attakwas on, I'll be using the same rims with a WTB Weirwolf on the front and a Racing Ralph on the rear.

So we couldn't race on Sunday. Did that stop you from riding your bikes? We had a lekker 45k ride!

On my way up on Saturday, Sandy from the race office phoned me to tell me about the cancellation of Sunday's Valencia race and offered me my money back, which I accepted. I think because of Sunday's cancellation, they allowed us to swop over to the main race yesterday instead of riding the planned race.

Where can we find results?

Was a really enjoyable stage today.

Mine was relatively small; a couple of hubs, a pair of skewers and headset spacers but the option to upgrade the postage was like 40% of the value of the total order.

Got the same email but chose to stick with the normal postage. Emailed SSC who sent me the tracking number and lo and behold, the goods arrived at my PO Box yesterday. Now for my CRC order which seems to held up at Customs!

Nice bike but why a 190mm rear hub when the industry standard is either 135 with offset lacing or 170mm?
