    I've got this strep-throat thing that's going around. Not really sick but not healthy enough to ride either. Taken a week off all exercise to see if i can kill it before it develops further. Instead of being good and getting better, me and the missus went on a HUGE p!ss-up....

    As fiber still hasn't arrived - they're still installing - and my adsl is on a really shite exchange, i bit the bullet and signed up for DSTV for the olympics. (basically, to win some super brownie points with my missus who goes kerrazy for athletics) One month and it's getting switched off again...hahahaa, we'll see how that works out.
