It's seems all these muggings are happening at the plum pudding steep climb from Rhodes Memorial, perps are heading down towards the highway as their getaway... this leads towards hospital bend and they escape over into walmer/university estate
So sorry to hear... So this has now become a hot spot basically the 4th mugging in as many weeks. So bleak as this is my daily commute

a long shot and a few things need to align
if you on strava and assuming the lost garmin person is and the necessary privacy features are not all enabled. turn it on, and or try and upload the last ride to your profile as a manual entry... this should end up on your strava saying you rode with someone, that someone should be the owner
nothing on the socials... i also just forwarded onto to a couple of groups and it has been heard of? can you get more info... Rhodes Memorial is a daily commute for me

Thats me for Gmail yes, using Samsung. I have now installed an app lock which requires biometrics, also locked other social media apps and settings apps even though biometrics is required when logging into password safe

here and in beach road where the young cyclist last his life last year, i do the same. also going home from work does lower main road i do the same within reason...

Bleak to missing this. I do know of at least 2 of the clubs on the cape flats who will be there, and some of the bike shops and groups from Woodstock and Obs too.
