  1. So you are basically looking for a Spaz Camber? https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/category/1-all-categories/?s=camber
  2. OP's direction is correct. The shop changed the direction while they serviced the bike, without me asking/mentioning anything
  3. Agree with PeterF. Freeride does the job. PS - I have a freeride with T-Track adapters and locks/keys which you can have at a small fee. PM me if interested. I am in Randburg Area.
  4. I have been on one and my outlaws goes year after year for the last decade. Awesome experience!! Get a local skipper - They are amazing! They will sort you out with docking space and fees. They know the locals and bargain on your behalf. They phone ahead and arrange. I went in June, just at the start of summer. About 24 degrees all day and night. Be aware of hidden fees like, diesel (although you sail, you need diesel), Internet, docking fees etc. You also need to provide skipper with meals. They slot in with your eating plans. I am sure you will be able to cycle, but as previous replies, not much space on the boat for bikes. The roads are quite narrow seeing that it is islands. Hope it helps.
  5. Cosmetically it will cause damage, structurally I doubt it. But then again, my dad always said: "Met geweld kan jy jou vinger in jou g@T af breek" Try Rack'nRoad, they will have spares available.
  6. With the clamps as per the pictures in the link, it will work on Thule WingBars. It will be clamped, and won't be the same as the Thule T-Track Adapters.
  7. Sprocket and Jack for JHB North. If you feel like a drive, Hanfred at Midstream Cycles
  8. Check your health data permission settings and allow access to it in Strava Settings. Second problem I don't have a possible solution for.
  9. My bad. Luckily I'm not in the market for any goods currently.
  10. Seems legit. But, if something is too good to be true...
  11. I see what you mean. It is marked as Front with a directional arrow and marked Rear with a directional arrow. Meaning: If you use it as a front tyre it must roll in that direction and if you use it as a rear tyre it must roll in the other direction.
  12. My OCD kicked in yesterday so I went and checked my directional indicators as well. Forward arrow is showing forward and my tyre's tread is definitely in a different direction than yours. My bike is in for annual service. Once I have it back, then I will upload a pic.
  13. You might want to double check the direction on that rear tyre... I also opted for the same in size 29x2.25. Very happy with them! I am thinking of moving the 2.25 to the front and getting 2.1 for the back. PS. Cycle Lab got them for 599 **Edit** Spelling
  14. goodhearted002@gmail.com is back from annual leave! phone number +27 61 049 7179
  15. Few drops of chain lube...
  16. My pair of Comps have 6000km's of off-road riding on them. No issues at all.
  17. Would've loved to ride with you from Dwarskersbos. My folks own a place there, but I will not be going there during the holidays. That road is not as remote as you think and is a popular commute for guys driving along the coast on day trips. Enjoy the fresh air!
  18. I third for Richard. He used to work out of Concept in Melrose Arch. You can find him at Dunkeld Cycles
  19. What happens if you ignore/delete the update? Do you still get asked to update. Had a similar issue a few months back and the above sorted it out. Something to do with the update file getting stuck in your Garmin Connect App... You are basically ignoring/deleting the update you have already done, so not missing out anything
