    My last batch I sent to him using the Post Net in Oudtshoorn if I remember correctly. He drove to go and fetch it and sent me photos of the helmet being used in the workshop by one of the beneficiaries. Safety first!

    I do the same. Seems like Strava detects a duplicated workout/ride/run if loaded to strava from multiple connections. Will only load the first one, and ignore the second if both are loaded in a similar time frame. Don't know which one will be better for VO2 Max. I track mine on Garmin Connect and not on Strava as I don't have Premium.

    Came out lekker. Had to recreate the thickness of the original bar mount as I wanted to use the same mounting screw. Also had some bracket made for my daytime riding lights which also works a charm. Can be made more flush but will use these for the time being.

    Box them up and send them to Prince Albert Cycles. Arno helps out the local community and assist them with any bike repairs they might need. You know it won't be going to waste.

    They don't fix, just replace. The more common designs like Holbrooks and Jawbreakers they have stock of so they just ship it to you. Less common designs they will custom make if possible. They are quite responsive on whatsapp and marketplace and the service is slick and efficient. ****EDIT**** ReVu I am speaking of now.

    I have the bracket in your picture. Not really noticeable and bulky once you start concentrating on your riding. Happy with my purchase. They also had a special running recently...

    Sorry, not able to answer your question. My bike was purchased new with the 11/42 cassette and Sram Force 1 fitted as standard.

    Both Apex 1 and Force 1 derailleurs compatible with 42 cassette. Apex 1 only available in a long cage. Force 1 available in short(28 tooth), medium (36 tooth) and long (42 tooth), thus you need to long cage to fit 42 cassette.

    Stock standard. Came standard with a Merida Silex+ 6000. Cassette is SRAM PG1130 if I am correct

    If you are referring to Workout as in the App that you select when you doing a gym workout, I think the best is to create a custom workout with the data screens of your choice. If I remember correctly, that is what I did.

    Settings (Press "Up" Button a couple of seconds) Apps Select workout screen you want to change (Run, Bike, Swim, Indoor Run etc.) Data Screens Same can be done when already busy with an activity by doing to same above. Just Select Current App.

    I don't mind them. One of them gave a mate of mine a lift after his valve did not want to function anymore. I have also seen some bike shops roaming around offering assistance. They weren't associated to any big groups riding. Similar to what MiWay did last year. I quite like knowing that back-up is available when and if needed.

    Speak to Seamus* at Fluidlines in Morningside. He will size you up as you walk through the front door and give you a wetsuit before you can say you are looking for one. They also have demo days, but.... lockdown. *might have spelled his name wrong
