    Agree Cetaphil Sun 50+ , apply it 15 minutes before you ride and then again just before you leave to ride. Was referred to my by my dermatologist. Seems you can only get it from a chemist though.

    The only way guys , is for us all to stand together and send Super sport an e mail begging/asking for the Giro. Which I did and glad to see its now being broadcast. I think the more who complain the better the outcome is.

    Good morning all. I see Finish Time is recoding the race results. Does anyone know, do we have to have our own chip for this event. I have so many chips I get confused. If anyone can send a photo of what the chip looks like if needed, Kind regards all.

    I've had excellent service feedback from Ciovita. After I ordered incorrect size garments from them in Capetown (my own fault), I took the items to their new shop in Broadacres, where they exchanged them for me, no hassle, no worries, quick and efficient service. Must give credit where credit due. Hope you come right with your replacement of damaged item, try via Broadacres near you, regards Derek

    Yes, I've also been cycling for many years and its only common decency to greet your fellow warrior on the road. I greet every time, even if I don't get a reply, but if you carry on greeting usually , I found, in new areas I ride, you start a new trend and that's what its all about. Common guys at the end of the day, its our sport, lets be happy and enjoy the road and the company.

    Funny enough I also, a few years back had the same problem with a stolen bike , with Sanlam being the insurer. They interviewed me twice and took 7 months to settle, eventually. I will never use them again as my insurer.

    Hi fellow cyclists, I have recently moved up to Pretoria- Equestria area from KZN , and i'm looking for an early morning group to start riding with, either road or mtb , although road is my personal preference. If anyone can assist please, i'm an average cyclist, been off the bike a while now due to the move and a very cold winter and need to get back into the sport again. regards Derek

    use a extinguisher with co2 around the frame where seatpost is stuck , it freezes the area and seatpost comes out quite quickly

    A word of warning:- Just be very, very careful with XTR pistons when pushing them back as they are ceramic and are easily damaged
