Sorry, not at all like counting cards at a casino. Every single race contains a huge majority of people who absolutely refuse to do any work at the front, probably because they are unable to. You're unfairly picking out this one female rider. Any one of the 300 people in that batch had the chance to hang on the their wheel.

80 to 90% of riders, male and female don't put their nose in the wind at all so not sure why the strong feelings towards a couple of the females. They still got to the top of Edinburgh and Smits and Chappies and Suikers with the group.

Right on cue I had a puncture today and got sealant all over the rear of the bike. This is how easy it was to remove. You are NOT doing this with Stans!

Dyna plugs work well. I've used about 8 over the past 2 years and they work perfectly and stay in the tyre until it is worn out. Lots of shops stock it now

Please, let's not be ridiculous. You can't train yourself to ride head on into a door. It is not a door opening 20 metres in front of you. The door is opening so close in front of you that you wouldn't be able to react either way. Where you subsequently land is pot luck
