    Chainring, cassette, chain, pulley wheels, hanger, BB, brake cables, gear cables + labour. 7k is a bargain. If you don't think so then you should be doing it yourself

    I tried those bars years ago, the transition part from the round hood bar to the flat bar is very uncomfortable

    One of the guys who tried to push me off my bike on the Paarden island to N1 bridge was wearing a jacket similar to this. They will look like they are casually walking and then jump into action when you get close. The one was wearing a dark grey/black jacket with flashes of pink/orange.

    Normal hacksaw is fine, takes about 20 seconds

    From Paarden Island, just before the little bridge which takes you onto the N1 two guys were 2 seconds late jumping over the barrier. One almost grabbed me but missed. 20 metres later on the actual bridge an unmarked white Golf with a policeman driving came past but it was 7:15 so he was already late for his shift change and he didn't stop

    Here you go. Don't be fooled by the size, this is an amazing light, they did proper research on the flash patters and brightness for maximum visibility.     Just go and buy the Trek/Bontrager Flare R rear light. Crazy flash pattern, super bright, apparently you can see it from 2 km away. Noticeably different experience when you cycle without it. I won't leave home without it.

    I sleep very well at night knowing they got the sh** beaten out of them. Of course it's assault and it is fully deserved. You wouldn't be saying the same thing if they broke into your house tonight and harmed your children. F*** them up

    Agreed, ceramic bearings in my BB and wheels were all replaced in a few thousand km because they were grinding. Replaced with quality German bearings

    That's a big difference if you're riding with friends and you finish every 2km climb 40 seconds behind them?

    I was very happy to hear about the mugger who slipped and fell to his death on table mountain. I will also be happy to hear about any bike-jackers who got shot by a cyclist. I feel nothing about a criminal losing their life, that's just too bad

    The R27 road surface is absolutely awful and cars pull over into the yellow lane at 120km/h to allow others to overtake. No thanks

    I had exactly the same thing happen to me yesterday at exactly the same spot. This guy started running towards me. Luckily I was on my MTB and had my Giro 'tackies' on so jumped off and told him to come so I could **** him up.... he turned around and I carried on

    Enduro seal didn't work for me. There is only one sealant that can seal hole at high pressure and it's Orange. Also, it is incredibly easy to peal off after a puncture. When I tried Stan's Race I ended up striped my crank and chainrings to clean the mess, nevermind the mess on my shoes

    It probably wouldn't be worth shipping by the time you add shopping + taxes. There only worthwhile option is to add an additional bag to an existing traveller which is £65 on BA
