  15. The Lions never promise to win anything and atleast they stick to what they don't promise. So' date=' is it better to promise and not succeed then to not promise and not succeed? [/quote'] At least the Lions are consistent year to year - unlike their blue neighbours

    Pedal Care

Also with Alexander Forbes and have all my bikes (1 road, 1 TT, 1 MTB & 1 Tandem) coverd by them. Premium is < R200/month Also have it in writing from them that the bikes are covered for racing with not increase in premiums. Like Pantani tested them a few years back in Tour Durban - within a week had a full replacement staning in my lounge
  17. sorry for you mate this event is a fund raising event for Wildlands Conservation Trust - you knew that when you entered and you can see under the awards section of the website that there is no prize money (it's probably why you don't see more of the top riders there) if you don't have the time to raise sponsorship don't moan that you have to fork this over out of your own pocket. I entered the race last year so that left me plenty of time to raise a measly R300. I think that we should be grateful that we are allowed to ride there in the first place - remember it is a World Heritage Site and mountain biking is not allowed there at all, with the exception of the race congrats on your ride though - tough course so well doneGrantC2008-04-29 00:57:43
  18. Soloist with the compact gets my vote
  19. Fees Not the way I see it - you spend in the region of R200 at one of their shops to get a discount of R1000. Not bad
