Momentum frustrates me. Mobile app and web account suddenly have none of my products linked. One day it works, next day gone. Now its the whole call centre thing
The problem i have is that i do not do CTCT but always do 94.7 which means i can only unlock approximately 45 extra active days where as somebody who does CTCT unlocks approximately 270 days. The should have said " i you do an elite event during the calendar year you unlock xxxx points" That would be better.
