    Hi Guys. I have no idea of inverters etc but i see RED-E advertising their portable products during TDF coverage. What's your thoughts on these types of portable solutions? I would only want to power the TV and DSTV decoder.

    So decided to get Asics GT 2000 - 10 which were on sale. Only had two runs but they have a noticeably softer ride than my Asics Gel DS Trainers

    Hi Guys After many years of not running i am back to running 5km/10km sort of distances, Parkrun sort of thing. I am looking for some suggestion for new shoes, not expensive as i will never run marathons etc again. I am a mild over pronator. Used to run in Asics gel DS trainers

    I have 5 F1.13 bibs i still wear. Colour does fade but the chamois is till good to go. Expensive yes but for how long they last.
