The North American Handmade Bicycle show is on at the moment and I thought this must be one of the best ideas there.

Hydraulic brake tube runs inside the frame.

Vertigo Cycles principal Sean Chaney fed a titanium hydraulic tube all the way through the frame, starting at the front of the down tube and finishing back on the chain stay.

Lets hope he actually ran a pipe down there and didn`t just use the down tube and chain stay as the pipe :P

Very nice indeed!

Nice!

But there is another improvement shown here. See where the calipre is mounted?

Tipped down and forward on the rotor. No 'pull-out' force on the wheel!

Very sweet.

Apologies for the [hi-jack], but have a look at this simplicity...

Anyone prepared to suggest that the length of the seatpost might absorb plenty of trail-stutter??...

My mind would tell me they either brazed / welded a Ti tube into the main tubes (In my mind the most likely solution) or they have a conventional hydraulic hose routed through the frame set ..
