Wonder what a supercharged bike feels like and if it has lag like a car??

Super chargers generally don't suffer from lag as it is driven by the motor. So that bike probably pulls like a train from rpm 1

Yep. No need for zorst gas to provide enough pressure for the turbo vanes to spin (wwhich is why a turbo has lag, and the bigger the turbo the more the lag)

 

Spins directly off the crank so there's pressure from rev 1.
