It is actually very disappointing- they had a security guard around to check that you only used your feet and only top layer was actually money, the rest was fake and if you did break it with your feet by some miracle then you didn't even get to keep it.

I think companies have become scared of doing big things like this as there are some very clever people out there who will make them pay.

 

Who remembers when Sun City offered its first R1 million jackpot? The had the cash in a glass case in the casino. Wonder if that was real?

Yip, it was. Part of the drawcard.

They were quite "careless" with money in the earlier days, but believe you me, we had that money under constant Surveilance and armed guard (undercover). Anybody foolish enough to have tried anything with that money would have been been in shackles quicker than Zuma can say "It's Apartheids fault"
