I'm more worried about shorts that creeps closer to the knees...ala Lance. That just looks silly.

Function over fashion I suppose.......

I don't have a problem with the long shorts, but the long socks are terrible. I can't even wear white socks on the road anymore.

And why is this in Classifieds?

Rule 3 of the "Official Rules of the Euro Cyclist" states:

3. The Socks must extend no less than 2cm below the main bulge of your calf muscle, and shall never extend further than 1cm past the primary calf muscle bulge. All socks shall be white in colour with prominent logo placement.

Read th rule....

2cm BELOW....and not more than 1cm ABOVE the main bulge...

Only funriders wear shorts socks, and it looks like your shoes are hungry and swallowing your socks....
