Hmmmmmmm, me thinks it works on a proto type semi auto matic in hub system................The system learns you riding style and then changes the gears automatically.........Apparantly that's what the future hold for us in cycling......and they are thinking of going with 12 - 14 gears......not just 10

The basic design of the "safety bike" is more than 100 years old. Older even than the aeroplane and we stil riding in the same old position thanks to the UCI. 

 

Now, recumbents are modern.

(they banned the "mantis" TT position made famous by Landis on the grounds that a higher % of the riders mass is now resting on his arms, or something like that.  Huh???? Wats wrong with that?)
