That face IS naughty! Caught him chewing my fave takkies last night!

Hey Tumbleweed, love the pics, you are going to miss your extended family when they all go.

Very much so, Ian! They've stolen my heart. The last will go to his new home - in Durbs - next weekend.

I can relate!

On the odd occasions such as Guy Fawkes and New Years i let my dogs into my room, they don't climb on my bed and even if i call them on they spend a few minutes then hop off again and lie on the floor.

Recently got involved with Husky Rescue in Bloemfontein. At the moment it is only a guy and he's wife looking after 13 Husky's on their own expense. Yesterday I got my first phone call to go and pick up a Husky at a homeless shelter that was hit by a car. On the phone it sounded bad as they told me the dogs leg, hip and back is damaged.

The dog could only walk on three legs and was badly dehydrated when I picked him up. Took him to the vet and luckily nothing was broken. After some pain medication, a good meal, lots of water and sleep, he is running around this morning as if nothing had happened.

Currently staying with me and hopefully we can find he's owner or a good home.
