PROTEIN SHAKES

If you normally get hungry aroung 11am, have a protein shake daily at 10h30.

Will carry you through and prevent continuous nibbling.

So glad someone else posted this! :D Man, I eat like a lunatic! Hungry 100% of the day! I burn in excess of 8000 kcal per week but no weight loss. So, I know what's the problem but fixing it is another story. Yup, absolutely no self control... I know.

Neh. Full house masala steak gatsby, that is with eggs, salad and chips on cut in 2. Half for post ride and other half for supper. Seriously, I always keep USN or Woolies bars in my bag and snack on those. The big Usn bars are a meal on there own. whey protein mixed with Steri stumpie is a meal on its own too.
