What did S/He ask?

There has to be a forfeit for the public announcement of 'anything'!

The lord just rang, apparently he wants Sea point to Chappies in mankini (for the lord).

What a great final 12kms.!

Man did you see that attack by Visconti, that was vicious and he nearly got away. I loved the little move by Scarponi and Kreuziger trying to get into Visconti's move, :) - thats what racing is all about and the Italians do it so well.

Hectic sprint, but give Ferrari his due, he left them all for dead.

Actually there was a nice interview afterwards as usual "Processo a la Tappa" with Cavendish and Cipollini . The Italians love Cav to bits I can tell you.

In the interview he said he forgave Ferrari and its all good, thats when I thought Cippo was going to break out in tears :D but he just stood up and gave Cav a big hug.

Cav then continued on saying Italy was his favorite country, he just loves the people, the culture, the racing, everything.............I couldnt hear much more for the shouting and clapping for him outside.

....but it showed a side of Cav I hadn't seen before, I almost like him now.!

Those roads really seem to narrow up in places creating "natural bottle-necks" stretching out the peloton. With everyone fighting for a piece of road up front I'm surprised there aren't more crashes. Most at this stage seem to be in the turns which doesn't surprise of course as a lot of them turns seem really really tight. The guy in front of Cav was obviously too hot into that last turn (which is why he had to unclip), but the zig-zagging of the slow entry and trying get up to speed asap is really catching out a few.

Yeah true, but I guess thats professional racing, you have to be competent in all areas. Ferrari was superb yesterday, when he kicked no one was gonna catch him, thats for sure.

What happened to Frank yesterday.? I havent looked at the final positions but I didnt see him in the front pack with Scarponi, Basso and boys, the commentator was also saying Schleck this and Schleck that, did he drop off again.?

He got stuck behind 2 crashes and lost another 46seconds.....now I think he will just give up.Hope he proves me wrong but I think we won't see much more from him.

Oh dear, seems thats him over with.

Have to say Basso has so far proved me wrong and he seems to have the legs, of course its early days but he hasn't been active like Scarponi chasing down break away's and trying little moves to get away, its great visually but I hope it doesn't count against him on the big mountains. Basso may be very clever saving his energy right now, although it makes for dull racing on his side.

I do believe Basso's holding out for the final few stages, which are all mountain stages.

It's his only suitable strategy as he is somewhat undercooked.

Fortunately, he is still in good touch with the GC leader.

Schleck does not seem well supported in this Giro.

Not looking good for RNT.
