Hahahaha. Yeah we know its a typo but with that HR you're closer to a hamster than a tedibear! :P

 

you wish it was a typo.. that was my tested heart rate..

10 years on and i've pushed it way higher.... but then i wasnt very fit..

I how ever do not have a power meter..

 

Neither do I, I popped my eyeballs out for free when I volunteered for a study at UCT Sports Science.

I did a race yesterday with not much climbing +- 650 total Ascending

 

What can i "read" in this? I am 45 ,105kg, 185cm fairly fit :o

I can read that it must have been a road race..... mountain bikers normally race in zone 5 until they blow and then complete the race in zone 1

you can't take too much out of this info.

 

HR zones are for training..

 

If you RACING, the only thing you should be thinking about is when you going to DROP THE HAMMER !! :drool: :clap:

@Help.Me, if Maryks helped you so far, she should be able to assist you with your questions. I doubt that you will find a satisfying answer on this forum, we are all different individuals with different training needs. What works for me will probably not work for you. Just my 50c.
