Fortunately I am gifted so the morning before the race I strap the front end of "Wilson" to my ankle with insulation tape. Problem solved...........

 

PS:- Make sure it is your left ankle as you can get "chain-rash" if you use the right ankle.......

Lose the BIB and wear a nappy............

I swear, I once witnessed a female cyclist during a road race pull off the road crouch between the bushes & let go through her cycling shorts, needless to say I got the shock of my life. She must've been in one hell of a hurry. I guess Sub 3 Argus means a lot more to some people.

Nope, I use my camelbacks hose to extend the "pipe" to underneat my cleat.

 

PS:- Wash thoroughly after use.........
