Hairy Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 I'm in the market for a Giant roadbike, but I've understood that the Giant suppliers has a new policy not to supply them anymore bikes. Does anyone know why? Not so sure about that as I spoke to them in the week about Giants. I do know that they will be the cheapest LBS when buying a Giant .....

Hairy Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Sooooo boys and girls. Just popped in at Action a few moments ago and they have a good couple of Giant Bikes boxes on the floor. Giant are now playing nicely and Action will once again provide Giants at highly competitive prices to the man on the street. Good Work Action

Marco went the extra mile and threw in few nice discounts on accessories and traded my wife's bike in for what he would sell it for (new) on his floor no one else i know of would do that?? well done guys!! I called Calvin the legend mechanic (yes that one) and asked him where to have my bike prepped for Imana (yes, I got in) and he said Devon - Action cycles. Dropped it Monday, ready today. Marco phoned me told me its ready and enjoy the ride. Best service by FAR in Cape Town.! (by Far)

For me when i needed something he doesnt stock, he eaither offes to order it (and it does actually arive in 2 days) or he recommends you to his compeditors. He is honest a decent, a rear thing these days.. Thanks Marco.

Not to mention the best value Scott dealer in town.Just got a killer deal on a Spark 900 that was both great value and easily done, all via email. Made contact, agreed a price, collected two days later. Perfect! 10/10 for Marco and the gang!
