We'll walk through and just do the climb. If you really HAVE to, you can change socks at the checkpoint at the top of never ender. I rather want to finish faster than have dry feet. I won't be bombing through water crossings though, that's stupid. Screws up your bike. Rather coast through and close the 5 seconds you lost back up to the group you were with. I won't have a change of socks every time my footsies get wet.

Not everybody rides for time and I could not care less losing the "group" I'm in cause it will only be my partner and me suffering alone up the climb :P

I need a lift on Sat morning from George to the start please. Flying in late Friday night and I'm support driver for a team.

im in somerset east for work, and looking at the weather forecast everynight i cant believe it hasnt rained yet. look at windfinder website and all looks great for willowmore.

Any news on the weather that side of the world? I cannot believe all this rain weather in CApe Town is not going there.....

I know what you mean but seeing the SABC forecast today you can see a clear split in the weather round about the Eastern / Western Cape border goin North - maybe its got someting to do with the meeting of the oceans. Anyhow its a lot better on the Eastern side of the line.
